Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring quality and care in packaging. We primarily ship through DHL and FedEx, and Free and Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped. During the holiday season we have extended processing timeframes to 5-7 business days. Our team is dedicated to getting your order out as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Free and Standard Shipping
Free shipping on orders is only available in the U.S. and Canada. No minimum order value is required and this offer is available to all products (you’re welcome!)
International Shipping Policy
There are a few things to note about international shipping. If customs charges occur for your order, you are fully responsible for those fees. Good Bodi is not responsible for customs charges. International orders could take 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Please keep in mind, the amount of time that takes is completely out of our hands.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Good Bodi is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges. We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Good Bodi.
Multiple Deliveries
To get your items to you faster, we may ship products from your order separately. This means your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the stated timeframes, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
