What should I do if an item is missing/damaged from my order?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by missing/damaged item(s) in your order. To assist you efficiently, please follow these steps:
- Provide us with a photo of the items you received/the damaged item(s).
- Include a list of the items that are missing/damaged.
- Confirm your shipping address and email address.
- Share your order number or a photo of the packing slip.
We will work with you to provide the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order is placed, we can make every attempt to change the shipping address but there’s no guarantee it can be changed. Please contact our Customer Experience Team right away so we can help you out.
